One practice area, run properly. Workers’ compensation claimants screened against the criteria your intake team sets, and delivered to your firm alone.
Most lead vendors sell six practice areas from one playbook. We run one. Workers’ compensation turns on a specific set of facts, and a campaign built around those facts behaves very differently from a general injury campaign.
Campaigns are built state by state. Jurisdictional rules, filing deadlines, and employer reporting requirements differ enough that a national one-size campaign rarely produces claimants a firm can sign.
EXZIDE Legal does not guarantee that any lead will become a signed case or that any claim will succeed. Case selection and legal evaluation remain entirely with your firm.
Qualified claimants can be delivered directly into your existing intake process, so your team responds quickly without manually moving information between systems.
Campaign scope is agreed in advance: which states and ZIP codes, what monthly volume your intake team can absorb, and how leads should be routed when several offices or attorneys are involved.
If a market is not a fit, if volume is unavailable, or if the criteria are too narrow to run responsibly, we will say so on the first call rather than after a contract is signed.
Example of the field set that travels with each record. Fields are configured per firm; the values shown are illustrative and are not a client result.
Tell us the injury types, the states, and the standard a claimant has to meet. We will walk you through what a campaign looks like for your firm.
