Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by EXZIDE, a web development and digital services company (“Company”), and any related websites, including but not limited to exzide.com.

1. Payment Terms:

1.1. For website creation services, clients are required to make a 50% upfront payment upon agreement and confirmation of the project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project.

1.2. Management packages are invoiced on a monthly basis. Payment for management services is due within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the invoice.

1.3. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in the suspension of services.

2. Sensitive Information:

2.1. Credit card details and other sensitive information provided during transactions are securely processed and stored by Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

2.2. EXZIDE takes no responsibility for any unauthorised access, hacking, or other security breaches of sensitive information stored on third-party platforms, including Stripe.

3. Service Termination:

3.1. Either party may terminate services with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered.

3.2. Termination of management packages requires a 30-day notice.

4. Intellectual Property:

4.1. Any intellectual property developed or provided by EXZIDE during the course of the engagement, including but not limited to website designs, graphics, and code, remains the property of EXZIDE until full payment is received.

4.2. Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the final website design and content, excluding any elements owned by third parties.

5. Confidentiality:

5.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the course of the engagement.

5.2. EXZIDE may showcase the completed work in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1. EXZIDE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with its services.

6.2. In no event shall EXZIDE’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law:

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Ireland.

By engaging in the services provided by EXZIDE, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
