This is attorney advertising material
Websites, landing pages, and advertisements operated by EXZIDE Legal on behalf of participating law firms may constitute attorney advertising under the rules of professional conduct in some jurisdictions. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
Our role
EXZIDE Legal is a legal marketing and lead generation company. We are not a law firm, we do not practise law, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not select or evaluate legal claims. When a person submits information through one of our campaigns, that information may be provided to a participating law firm, which decides independently whether to contact the person or accept a matter.
How we are compensated
EXZIDE Legal is compensated by participating law firms for marketing and lead generation services. Compensation is for marketing services only. It is not a fee for a referral of a specific case, it is not contingent on the outcome of any matter, and it is not a share of any legal fee.
Compensation arrangements do not affect the legal advice or representation a person may later receive from any law firm. No person submitting information through one of our campaigns is charged a fee by EXZIDE Legal.
No endorsement or referral of a specific attorney
Transmission of an enquiry to a participating law firm is not a recommendation or endorsement of that firm, and is not a certification of any attorney’s qualifications, expertise, or experience. Individuals are free to consult any attorney of their choosing.
No attorney-client relationship
Submitting information through an EXZIDE Legal campaign does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is formed only when a law firm and a client agree to representation, typically through a signed agreement.
Time-sensitive claims
Workers’ compensation claims are subject to reporting and filing deadlines that vary by state and by the circumstances of the injury. Delay in consulting an attorney may affect legal rights. Nothing on this site should be relied on as advice about any deadline that applies to a specific situation.
Screening is not legal evaluation
Our screening questions establish whether a person meets the criteria a law firm has asked us to apply. They are an administrative filter, not an assessment of whether a claim is valid, viable, or worth pursuing. That judgement belongs entirely to a qualified attorney.
