Your opt-out right

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to request deletion of your information, subject to legal exceptions.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using one of the following methods and state which request you are making:

What we need from you

So that we can locate your records and confirm your identity, please include the full name, email address, and phone number you used when the information was submitted, along with the approximate date of submission. We will not use this information for any purpose other than processing your request.

Authorised agents

You may designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of authorisation and may ask you to verify your identity directly.

Response timing

We will acknowledge receipt of your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Note about information already transmitted

If your information was previously provided to a participating law firm, that firm maintains its own records and privacy practices as an independent controller. You may need to contact the firm directly to request deletion from its systems. If you ask, we will tell you which firm received your information.
