To start the process, go to business.facebook.com and log in to the relevant account which has control over the ad account.
Step 1: Select ‘all tools’
Step 2: Select ‘Ads Manager’
Step 3: Choose Billing and Payments
Step 4: Choose ‘Payment Methods’
Step 5: Add payment method
